- Free-wheeling clutch lever — when locked it spins in your hand, so a vandal cannot break it off to get in

- Satin stainless steel US32D (630) finish — the code to quote when matching your other door hardware

About the brand

The outside trim for our 5500 Series exit devices, which includes the LH5510. The exit device lets people push their way out from inside; this is the part that lets an authorized person get back in, with a key and a lever.
Why the rosette
The lever sits on a small round rosette rather than a full-length escutcheon plate. It is the tidier of the two options and shows less hardware on the door. Choose the long escutcheon instead if you want the larger plate, or if it has to cover marks left by previous hardware.
The lever has an anti-vandalism free-wheeling clutch: forced when locked, it spins rather than transmitting the force into the mechanism, so the lock survives the attempt.
What to check before you order
Your exit device. This trim fits 5500 Series devices only. Trim does not swap between series, so check which one you have.
Non-handed, so it fits a right or left hand door. Finished in Satin Stainless Steel (US32D).
