How fast your order ships

Every product page shows one of two labels.

Quick Ship: in stock and ready to go. Order before 4:00 pm ET Monday through Thursday, or before noon ET on Friday, and it ships the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday (including religious holidays), ship the next business day.

Made to Order: custom produced for your order, and typically ships within 7 business days.

If your order includes both, we ship the Quick Ship items right away instead of holding them, so it may arrive in two deliveries. You pay only the shipping shown at checkout.

Shipping time isn't delivery time. Once a package leaves us, arrival is up to the carrier.

What shipping costs

Free standard ground shipping on orders of $299 or more, whether it's one item or several, Quick Ship or Made to Order. Under $299, you'll see every shipping option with its exact price at checkout, before you pay.

Expedited options, including discounted rates, are available at checkout.

Freight

Everything on our website ships by standard carrier. Custom lengths ordered by phone may need to ship by freight; we'll quote the freight to your address before you order. Freight isn't covered by free shipping.

Where we ship

Orders ship from New York to all 50 U.S. states. For other countries, call us.

Delivery estimates and risk of loss

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the products to the carrier (FOB shipping point). If something is lost or damaged on the way, tell us within three business days and we'll file the carrier claim for you.
