Its 1 1/8" height is the low-rise option, for a door with little clearance underneath. The dome profile presents no sharp edge to catch a toe. Meets ANSI/BHMA A156.16.

Measure the gap under your door first. If there is more clearance than 1 1/8", the high-rise EHG218B at 1 3/8" will catch the door properly where this one would pass underneath it.
