Description
Extruded aluminum threshold fills the gap between the floor and bottom of the door. Tough neoprene rubber seal reduces transmission of sounds, drafts, smoke and temperature leaks while giving you a smooth transition between different types of flooring. Bulb material has high durability. Its added finger flap acts as a backup seal against misaligned or warped doors. ADA compliant for wheelchair accessibility (1/2″ height). The Aluminum version is Fire Rated (UL listed).
Includes flathead zinc-plated screws and is pre-drilled for installation. Grooved top helps prevent slips. Contact us to order with specialized slip-resistant epoxy abrasive filler for maximum durability and safety, a rubber grip for interior doors, or a luminescent epoxy for illuminating stairwells and exit paths.
