- Claims for Shortage or Damage in Transit: All claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Consignee assumes the risk of loss or damage in transit.
- We offer 45 day returns policy on all our products. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please give us a call or send an email and we’ll send you an RMA# which you will write on the box.
- Customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping charges
- Should the wrong item be sent to you, then we will assume responsibility for return shipping.
- Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
- All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- All returned Items are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee. If you place a new order you will not be charged a processing fee.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND/OR REFUNDED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND A CLEARLY MARKED RMA # INCLUDED
